Client Overview
HYPR is a marketing, events, and PR agency that needed a modern, high-impact website to reflect its dynamic personality and service offerings. The client wanted a digital space that felt both professional and bold, while staying flexible for future content updates.

Understanding the Brief
Objectives:
The project began with a discovery phase to clarify HYPR’s needs:
• Goal: Create a visually striking, interactive, and mobile-friendly site that positions HYPR as an innovative leader in marketing and events.
• Audience: Brands and businesses seeking marketing, events, and PR expertise.
• Design Pegs: Kota.co.uk, ISIGlobal.com, ThatLot.co.uk - all modern, interactive, and content-driven.
• Platform: Webflow or Wix Studio (to be decided based on animation complexity).

I explored:
• Competitor & Industry Analysis – Studied similar agencies to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Interaction Design Trends – Looked at how motion, micro-interactions, and storytelling could guide the user journey.
• Platform Pros & Cons – Weighing Webflow for custom animations and layout control vs. Wix Studio for faster iteration.

Before visual design, I built the site map to ensure a logical flow:
• Homepage – Hero banner, core services, case studies, partners, and contact
• About – Brand story, team, and values
• Services – Detailed descriptions of marketing, events, and PR offerings
• Works – Visual and written showcases of past work
• Contact – Lead capture form and details
Wireframes were created in Figma:
• Kept clean, modular layouts for easy animation.
• Ensured mobile-first design to avoid layout breakage.
• Added placeholders for hero videos, high-res images, and interactive sections.

• Color Palette – Inspired by HYPR’s brand identity: bold yet sophisticated hues.
• Typography – Chosen for strong hierarchy and on-screen readability.
• Imagery & Video – High-impact visuals to communicate energy and professionalism.
• Animations – GSAP-based text reveals, section fade-ins, and interactive hover states.
I kept the interface minimal but dynamic, so animations would feel purposeful, not distracting.

To maintain momentum:
• Provided content guidelines for project descriptions, headlines, and body copy.
• Requested high-res images and videos for each service.
• Ensured SEO-friendly structure for headings, meta tags, and alt text.

Platform Decision:
Webflow
• Greater animation flexibility
• More control over responsiveness
• Cleaner CMS integration for case studies and blogs
Prototyping:
• Created an animated homepage preview for client feedback.
• Noted that buttons were inactive until inner pages were built.
• Adjusted based on feedback before proceeding to full build.

• Delivered responsive testing across devices.
• Integrated client CMS training so the HYPR team could update content.
• Provided post-launch support for tweaks and optimizations.
Results & Impact
Before: HYPR had no unified digital presence.
After:
A cohesive, modern website that captures their brand essence.
Improved lead capture with strategic CTAs.
Scalable design system for future content growth.
Key Takeaways
• A clear discovery phase prevents costly revisions later.
• Wireframes keep everyone aligned before design complexity is added.
• Interactivity works best when it supports the message, not just for visual flair.
